Cancellation and house rules

Cancellations up to 72 hours (3 days) before the start receive a full refund. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be refused depending on later bookings, without refund. Guests must be 20 or older. Photography is welcome as long as other guests aren't in frame; video is not permitted. Seminars can't be booked by phone or email. For events, see each event page.
